1. The service and your account

Harbor Pricing is operated by ERGON INTELLIGENCE L.P and provides revenue-management tools for businesses operating hotels and short-term rentals. By accepting these terms when signing in, you confirm that you are at least 18 and authorised to act for the business whose data you manage. Keep access credentials secure and notify us promptly of suspected misuse.

2. Market data, estimates and AI

Observed prices describe a particular source, stay date, guest count and collection time. Coverage can be incomplete or delayed. Recommendations, room matches, scenarios and forecasts are decision-support outputs, not guarantees of availability, occupancy, revenue or financial performance. Review AI-generated actions and proposed changes. Unknown rate conditions and scenario assumptions remain your responsibility to assess.

3. Connected services

You may connect supported property systems and compatible AI clients using permissions you grant. You must have authority to supply the data and credentials involved and comply with the connected provider’s terms. Third-party availability, limits, fees and certification requirements apply. Revoking a connection stops future authorised access; it does not undo changes previously saved. Configuration edits do not publish rates to booking channels unless a separate supported publication action is explicitly enabled and authorised.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

The plan, recurring amount, quantity, applicable taxes and any one-time setup charge are presented before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Cancel through Manage billing before the next renewal to stop future recurring charges; access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Unless applicable law requires otherwise or we agree in writing, cancellation does not produce a prorated refund. Contact us about billing errors or service problems. We will notify you before a price change affects a renewal.

5. Your data and permitted use

You retain rights to the data you provide and authorise us to process it to deliver, secure and support the service. Do not upload data you lack authority to use, misuse another account, interfere with service security, or use the service unlawfully. Do not include payment-card details, identity documents or guest-sensitive information in the contact form or AI prompts.

6. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in providing the service but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or complete third-party data. Features described as pilot, estimates or awaiting provider activation have those limitations. You remain responsible for commercial decisions and for reviewing changes before relying on them. Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, indirect losses are excluded and our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to service fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months; this limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that the law prohibits limiting.

7. Suspension, termination and data requests

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security incidents, unlawful use or unpaid charges, with notice where practicable. You may request account closure or an export through our contact page. We retain information only for the purposes and periods explained in the privacy notice, including applicable legal obligations.

8. Updates and governing law

Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email. We record acceptance of versioned terms when required. Greek law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that cannot be excluded. Please contact us first about a dispute; jurisdiction follows applicable law.
